"I was in LOVE with my new sheets (and duvet cover) until I washed the sheets for the first time. Despite following the care instructions (cold water and low heat dry), they came out feeling much much less softer and somewhat faded after only the first wash. Given how expensive they were, I have to say I'm disappointed"
