"I would recommend this item for anyone with an average to long torso. I myself am a petite 5 feet tall and an average weight so I bought a small yet this top is still quite billowy on me. Being a seamstress I will take in the sides and shorten it. Then it should be form flattering. I look forward to enjoying its unique look and cool ruffles."
