Great workout with results!

"I bought this system a couple of years ago with VHS tapes and I saw immediate results. Now, my tapes are worn and my steps are warpped (too many moves form state to state) so I am upgrading to DVDs and new steps. I can not wait to get this new set and get FIRM once again!"
