"The resistance cord is high quality, the handles are comfortable, and the workout included is definitely helping me get in shape! I had been doing self-resistance exercises, but was getting to the point where I needed some outside resistance, and this product has conveniently added that to my workout.

I really like that the included workout gives you variations as I am just getting into shape and some of these exercises are beyond my current stage - so following the older gentleman is sometimes the way to go.

My one complaint is the pace of the included workout. I feel like if the whole thing were slowed down a smidge I could get more impact out of the workout. Especially the abdominal exercises and stretching at the end, which seem to move at a breakneck pace!"
