"I've used several other pedometers and this by far is the best one yet. I found the set up to be fairly simple if you followed the instructions. You CAN change the distance to miles from kilometers, contrary to an earlier review saying you cannot. The clip is very sturdy and is actually a little difficult to get on some pants but once it's on, it's on. Nothing in the directions on how to clear the distance, but got the answer from the web site. I would definately recommend this to anyone. It's also the most accurate pedometer I've used. All in all, I am very pleased with it but wish it wasn't green!"

"I just got my first pedometer and I have never used one before. This one seems very difficult. I thought I set it up but, now it is turned off. I have held all the buttons down for 3 to 5 seconds each and also in almost all combinations it still will not come back on. The panic alarm and the flash light work but nothing else what do I do?"

"I got this pedometer as a gift. Mine is pink rather than green. It was rather difficult at first to set up but my son was able to help me set it up and after that it was a breeze to use. I did find it difficult to see the words calorie, steps, and miles but the numbers are very large and ez to view. Once you know the set up you can figure out what the numbers are for. The pedometer is very acurate and the clip that clips onto your waist is very strong and durable so it won't fall off if you are running. I like the blue flashlight feature and the personal alarm. Scares off loose dogs and other predators. It is lightweight and very durable. It is extremely inexpensive I think for all the features. However there is no instructions on how to set the time alarm, although I probably would never use it. Works great walking on the beach and is pretty acurate even though it is not flat walking. It came with a CD that I have not yet use but my cousin who gave it to me as a gift says the CD is very inspirational . I give it a thumbs up and would buy it as a gift for a friend."

"First, I find it interesting that this item shows a rating of 5 stars when no other review has been written. If possible I would give this item a minus one star. the user guide does not contain information on setting up all features, for example the pedometer does have an alarm butno instructions onhow to set it. On screen modem indicators are difficult to read. Measurements must be in centimeters and kilograms, this cannot be changed although the user guide says it can. The audio CD is not very good. I recommend a NO PURCHASE for this item."
