"This is an excellent workout for overall conditioning. I find Debbie Rocker's coaching style to be very motivating. She is upbeat and encouraging. She helps you you to challenge yourself, but never to the point of discouragement or unnecessary strain. The exercises focus on both upper and lower body, developing both strength and stamina. I have used this program as a steady component of my workout routine and it has made a positive impact on my overall fitness. If you want a great general conditioning exercise DVD, this is a fantastic workout."
