"I really love this workout. It's divided into three sections: lower body, upper body, and core -- each are about 20 minutes. I do one section on any given day to make it manageable. It really works every part of your body and it's fun. I love the instructor on the DVD too. She's really pleasant and motivating."

"I find the length of three 20-minute workouts on the DVD included in this kit to be just the right amount of time for me. I think you could increase the difficulty of the exercises by purchasing stronger resistance tubing once you outgrow the level of tubing included in the kit. The included tubing is very nice - covered and with padded handles, makes it comfortable to use. The instructor on the DVD, Tanja Djelevic, is very personable. I will be looking to purchase more workouts with her. Also, the outdoor setting for the workouts is quite beautiful and makes the workout all the more enjoyable. Balancing on the stability disk can be challenging, but it is also a lot of fun and a worthwhile activity - having good balance is very important as we age. Inflating the disk with the included pump was quick & easy. I am curious if there is a weight limit for the disk; I didn't find this information anywhere on the package. Overall I am glad I purchased this set."
"this is a great DVD to use to mix up your workout. you definitely get an overall body workout. the ab section of the workout is killer - in a fantastic way of course. emphasis on using core muscles for balance. highly recommended"
