"I am new to Pilates and was not sure I could do this program due to my excess weight. My worries were for nothing. I am walking for 30 minutes daily then doing one 20 minute segment of the DVD. After going through the entire program only twice I can tell a difference and that keeps me
motivated to continue.

"Ordering this set is by far the best thing I've ever done for myself. I was a little nervous that being so out of shape I would have a difficult time with this, or any, workout routine. After I did the first 20 minute set my worries were gone. Linda Farrell is wonderful! She gives you options for more or less challenge depending where you are in your fitness level and the strengthening moves feel great! At no point did I feel like she was taking off without me even though she is obviously FAR more fit and capable that I am. She's wonderful! There are still a couple of the moves I can't do but I'm looking forward to getting there! I love that the entire workout can be modified, with or without the band, to accomodate my strengths and weaknesses. I love this set, I look forward to my workout every morning and feel fantastic when I'm done. Most highly recommended!"

"I recently had 2 c-cections within 11 months of each other, so I've had a lot of weight I've needed to loose. She explains every move very well and no matter what shape you're in, you can do part or all of the exercise. The time flies by and you get toned very quickly. Needless to say, myself and my husband are very satisfied with the outcome. Oh, and you get really flexible really fast :)"
