"What a great DVD. It was very informative and full of great advice. It not only explains the causes and effects of high blood pressure , it guides you to a more healthful, happy you. I never knew that so many people in the United States had this condition, I now no longer feel as if I am alone. I will definitely practice the meditations and yoga daily, I am worth a half hour of relaxation a day!
