Great Idea! Date: March 14, 2009
"Whoever came up with this is a genius! This is a fantastic item! The DVD is great for beginners as well as the experienced. The movements are so fluid, easy to follow and feel good to do. The bar is easy to grip and easy to work with. Definately worth the money."

Defective DVD, Gaiam Doesn't Stand Behind It Date: May 29, 2009
"I purchased Gaiam's Sculpting Bar kit online through Barnes & Noble. The DVD is defective; I tried three different DVD players and it doesn't work in any. I've since talked to a couple of other people who have purchased the kit and encountered defective DVDs as well. I emailed Gaiam customer service and asked if I could send them the DVD for replacement. They told me to send the entire kit back to Barnes & Noble and ask them to replace it. Are you kidding me? The cost to ship the 9 lb. bar back in order to get a working DVD will be astronomical and a big waste of time. I'll not buy any more Gaiam kits. By the way, I bought Kettlenetics (also a Gaiam product) and got a stinking defective DVD in that set too. Maybe Gaiam needs some quality control."
