"This kit offers a very effective, quick, workout. The total body workout is only about 20 minutes long, but boy is it effective. The instructor provides good ques on proper form, but I had to pace myself when she calls to do certain moves in double time. The warm-up seems to be a little bit rushed. The music is ok, not spectacular, but not annoying either. I've noticed an improvement in my arms and abs after only doing the workout for about two weeks. The ab workout is also very effective. Haven't tried the partner workout yet, trying to find a willing victim. :)"
