Don't Lose Them

"Bones, that is! This simple system is reteaching my body how to walk, sit, and move. The exercises look so simple when you watch the DVD, but when you do the work, you feel the change. I'm walking with more hip movement and less knee work and I feel more strength in my back."

Restorative exercises Strong Bones

"This is a wonderful DVD which does just what it purports to do. The presentation is intelligent and clear, as is the explanation and use of the props.I have done many exercises but none have targeted these areas of the bones so specifically, effectively and painlessly. No morning after charlie horse as in some weight work outs. Also the background and music are very relaxing and when I finished the DVD I felt soothed, energized and encouraged that I have done some good quality work on strengthening vulnerable areas of my bones. Katy Santiago is great! Thanks"

Exercises hit the spot

"The resistance cords and exercises Katy uses in this video are great. After completely the workout three times this past week I can feel that the muscle groups targeted have been worked hard. After going to gyms for many years I am convinced that these exercises do a better job of hitting the mark than what I have tried in the past. I have often wondered if my efforts were good enough and am thrilled to have found a better more muscle specific exercise program to fight osteoporosis. You've got to love a program that saves travel time to and from a gym and is done at home at your convenience."

Why is being healthy so boring?

"Trying to keep my osteopenia from developing into osteoporosis, I'm always on the lookout for information and exercises. In order for the exercises to be effective, I have to actually do them. In order for me to want to do them, they have to be presented in an interesting format. Unfortunately, the DVD included with the tubing didn't fill the bill for me. It was slow and boring and I kept watching the clock, hoping it would be over soon. Huge dread factor means I won't use the DVD regularly and probably not even at all, rendering it totally ineffective. The blue fabric covering on the tubing is ugly and bulky (the covered tubing sold in other Gaiam kits is much nicer). Nowhere on the DVD or in the piece of paper included in the box did it explain how to properly place the door attachment in a sturdy door frame. I'm disappointed in my purchase."
