"Yes, I think the commentary can be distracting and "un-peaceful" as well, however, to displace the issue I listened to Rod Lee the first couple of times I did the yoga workout to get the necessary guides and tips on placement/positioning...then, every session thereafter, I simply turned the dvd sound off and put on an "ocean/nature sounds" cd in my computer to go along with the dvd (or you could just do it in complete silence) :) Happy Yoga-ing!"

"I ordered this in order to replace my last yoga mat and also to get the blocks and strap, which I didn't have before. The only problem was Rodney Yee, believe it or not. The workout video has great exercises, but I was a bit annoyed with Rodney's verbal comments throughout the video. He kept exclaiming things like "Ahhh, this is so great," which detracted from the peaceful mental state that yoga should bring. I feel that he should know better than this, being a yoga master and demonstrate this by taking it seriously. Whoever produced this video should think twice in the future about this."
