"Always wanted to do Yoga, have found it difficult, until now. After watching this wonderful Ayurveda for detox program and trying the meditation along with the breathing exercises, I do the 15 minute everyday Yoga everyday, I switch off the days with the good Dr's detox/stress/weightloss and I truly look forward to them and feel so much better and plan on continuing.....try these you will love them........Thank You Dr Douillard."
