"I got this video thinking it was for beginner dances that had no clue how to dance, unfortunately she only shows you the move once then speeds it up and you get lost in the first 5 min. I mean don't get me wrong if you have a good understanding of how to dance its awesome, and I'm sure it would work. But for a beginner like me, I was disappointed."
