"I bought this mat about four months ago. The design is pretty but I dont like to be showy so I use the non-design side when I practice at the studio. I practice daily, and after about two months it started wearing down very quickly. Now I have huge warn out spots on both sides of my mat, which is unfortunate. And it isn't as sticky as when I first got it. I also think that next time I get a mat (I want this one to wear down almost completely) I want to make sure that it is produced more environmentally-friendly, because I think this one may emit harmful chemicals in the mat-making process. Otherwise, if you are on a budget and do not have a vigorous daily practice such as Ashtanga yoga, I reccomend it!"
