"Even though I am not religious by far I must say that after only one time I feel awash in both physical and mental bliss. Jill Miller's instruction is clear, consise, and empowering. The practice I did Functional Strengh was challenging without being two strenuous on the joints. I would recommend it for beginners. A testament to this is that I have a degenerated disk in my lower back and both during and after the practice it was not affected at all. Consulting with a medical professional is still advisable though. Once again a valued treasure."
