Good workout but needs more instruction Date: January 24, 2010
"This is a good workout and Patricia Moreno is very upbeat and pleasant as an instructor but I felt that she fell short in providing proper direction in terms of proper form. She initially provided some basic instruction for each pose but I felt it should have been consistent throughout-reminding as each pose was repeated. Otherwise, you have to strain your neck to try to see exactly what her form is at every point-not an easy task when doing yoga poses. Also I prefer DVD's that have a bonus feature of "Full Pose Instruction" which goes into more detail for each pose so you can practice perfecting your form on each one before doing the workout."

"I think I would consider this as Advance Beginner. I'm beginner and this was a great challenge for me. After you finish your beginner dvd's, try this one out! This really got my heart rate going. I was sweating big time on my mat. I had to do this workout a few times to get the poses right.

Patricia starts off slow through a few poses, then you will do them again faster, and adding more poses into the sequence. At the end, the whole sequence is down and you go through it pretty fast - constantly in a fluid motion.

Be careful of the side planks - I hurt my wrist on them, going too fast from one side to the other.

Patricia is really motivating and very informative.
