"This has been the best purchase I've made for exercise... Ever! It's easy enough to use, but gives an intense workout if you follow the video. I've been using it for a week and missed one day. The next day after missing my workout with the coreplus reformer, my back muscles tightened up like crazy. That's when I realized I'm using muscles with the coreplus that I haven't been using. It's truly a great full-body workout. Just don't miss a day!"

"I love this product. I have been doing Pilates for 5 years. I work out at home only, since it doesn't give me the excuse of not being able to make it to the gym. I didn't want to go to the expense of purchasing any large equipment and adding this reformer to my other Pilates workouts has been great. It mimics the more expensive and bulky equipment you find at a gym with the convenience of being able to take it with you anywhere. It really works your entire body. I have noticed an improvement in strength and muscle tone since I started adding the reformer to my Pilates repertoire."

Nice idea, poor product Date: May 10, 2009
"I purchased this product thinking that it would be a nice variation of Pilates for my regular workout routine. However, during my second workout one of the bands broke, hitting me in the face, and rendering it useless. I would not recommend and I am a fan of Gaiam products."

"I thought this looked good so my boyfriend bought it for me. It is a little more difficult than it says, but I can already see a difference in 8 weeks time. You do have to be careful of the reformer on your feet, but if you support core and do like she instructs it is no problem. I have not had it come off one time. I am very coordinated and do other tapes and cross trainer, but I am over weight. It is more intermediate, but I would recommend it. I have lupus which has alot of musscle and joint pain, my legs have never felt better."
