"As a very involved and homework-laden high school student, I knew I didn't have a lot of time to invest in yoga. I had only done a small amount of yoga in the past, yet with fairly decent shape and flexibility I was able to do every pose on the DVD. Each of the 15 minute segments leave you feeling accomplished and energized, and they are different enough that if you do have time, you can do more than one to get a better workout (you won't even be too exhausted!). I recommend the DVD to anyone looking for a beginner/intermediate level who is short on time. After doing the DVD 4-5 times per week for three weeks, I felt better prepared to get a longer, intermediate DVD. This DVD is an excellent stepping stone and fits wonderfully into a busy schedule. The instructors are entertaining and keep things light. Highly recommended."
