"I bought this exercise ball for PT stretching due to a back injury. It's a great exercise ball but was too small for my use. I ordered the next size up and am just as pleased with the new one. I am using the smaller one to do the exercises that came with it. So, it was definitely worth the purchase."

THE 55CM BALL Date: April 14, 2009
"I am a chiropractor in Marietta Ga. just north of Atlanta. I first started using this ball to rehabilitate a life long knee weakness. ONLY WITH THIS BALL did i not only overcome it with deep knee stretching, but strengthened it to where it doesn't get injured anymore. My 80 year old mother was facing surgery for her knee, and within 2 weeks i had her pain free and she has had NO KNEE SURGERY yet! As a staple to ALL OF MY NEW PATIENTS to compliment the Spinal Adjustment, THERE IS NO OTHER DEVICE that is as easy and profoundly EFFECTIVE, to retrain spinal weakness and instability.
