"This ball including the workouts that are included are perfect to start my workouts in the afternoon. Not only do i feel the burn but it loosens me up for the treadmill. Now all i need is a set of mini weights. :)"

"I have purchased two of these balls, one for me and one for my sister. We LOVE them. My physical therapist (pt) recommended this size to help with me back problems and Fibromyalgia. I do a combination of pt excercises and use the strap and excercise sheet included. The pump was a little tricky to figure out and it took a while to fill up - but my ball was inflated with an air compressor we own and it was done in seconds! This ball was a great investment in my health and reduced aging process."
