Great for situps! Date: October 26, 2009
"I bought this mat for my boyfriend so that he could do yoga with me. This is not a yoga mat! It isn't sticky enough to use for your yoga practice. He uses it for situps since the cushion works so well on our wood floors. I will be buying a real yoga mat for him off the site."

"This mat is a little thicker than most single mats, but I wish it were thicker. I've been using it in yoga class and it's worked pretty well, but not as well as two mats."

"Pretty shade of blue, and happily, the logo "The Biggest Loser" is very small. Good value, too."
