"My old bottle was plastic and the plastic aftertaste was unpleasant. Now my drink stays extra cold in this stainless steel bottle and no unpleasant aftertaste. I'm glad that they have replacement tops now in case I need them."

"It is big enough, and very lightweight for its size. The only thing I would improve is the pull-top opening. It collapses easily when using it, so I have to hold it open...it could be a little stiffer."

"I bought this bottle mainly because of the sip top, love that! I do wish it was doubled walled, because it would keep the water colder longer and it might not sweat as much, but overall I am happy with it."

"The piece that secures the bottle top broke after a few uses. Other than that, bottle has been as expected."

great concept

"I tried the stainless steel primarily because the opening was bigger, therefore easier to fit a soft bottle brush in for cleaning. I love the aluminum bottles but haven't found a soft bottle brush that will fit, so I never know if I get the inside clean.
The cap is the weak part, I can see that breaking soon, and I wish it wasn't made in China. How much does Gaiam know about their process?"

Keeps REAL cold

"I love that this bottle has a sip top and not screw off - so much more convienent during a workout. The flow is not as strong as I'd like but, it does keep it super cold!! Once you take it out of the fridge, the bottle keeps it cold - hours longer than plastic."

It shows signs of rust/wear

"Purchased this thinking it would last for a long time. I use it for both water and lemonade. When I look in the bottle, it shows several wear spots, like rust.

I stopped using it."

What you are seeing are mineral deposits try this:
Thoroughly rinse out the bottle with hot water and then allow to dry. Fill your clean dry bottle with Distilled White Vinegar and let soak for 24 hours, and then rinse with warm water and 1 TBSP of Baking Soda, then let air dry.

"I bought 2 to start with for the kids and I liked it so much I decided to get myself one. Its strong and sturdy and I like the design. Its dishwasher safe, stainless steel wont rust. I would like options on the caps and to see more designs."
