Winter in the Midwest will never be my favorite season, but at least now I feel well prepared and "in charge" during those months where my life used to feel out of control.
If you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, I strongly recommend trying this -- at worst it will do nothing -- at best it could change your life for the better."
