"This is the worst item I have ever gotten from Gaiam. It is cheap piece of foam from China that maybe Walmart might carry. It just vibrates very loudly, is not at all soothing and totally ineffective. It doesn't even look like the item in the picture. It came in a box that was falling apart, was a royal blue color. Gaiam usually has great things but this is a total waste of money. Don't waste your time or money! Cost $25 to ship, very awful."
