"I bought this thinking it would really help me sitting at the office all day, but it turns out it is not much different than my chair- I apparently have a better chair than I thought! I used it in the car though- a pain to readjust when you are getting in and out, but I found even in a new Lexus this helps support me better. I recommend it if you have a not-so-supportive chair you sit in a lot or in the car!"

"I bought this item about a month ago and have used it almost daily since then, mostly while sitting at the computer (at work and home) and also while driving. I do feel like I sit up straighter and have less lower-back fatigue and pain. I have tried other products and this is the best so far for reducing the severity of my back pain. I recommended it to a friend with severe sciatica and she tried it for a short time and said it did not work for her. My back pain (bulging disks) does not generally involve sciatica."
