"I had severe pain in my shoulder and my neck and my doctor could not figure out what was wrong (bursitis, rotator cuff injury, tendinitis). I went to the chiropractor for temporary relief then went to the acupuncturist which helped a little. But, unfortunately the pain was still there. So, I purchased this item and I wear it almost every day. I still have some pain but only when I don't have it on. My doctor still says I need an MRI -- they think I actually have a pinched nerve or a dislocated disk in my neck but this item actually reduced my pain to almost nothing and I have fewer headaches. It is so good for posture. The only thing I would recommend -- put heavy moisturizing cream on your skin (near your arm pits) prior to putting it on -- and wear a layer before wearing this (i.e. moisturizer cream, shirt to cover arm pits and then place item on. I would recommend this to anyone who has really bad posture. It also helped me out in the gym when lifting weights."

"I've always had terrible posture and have recently started feeling pain in my shoulders and back. My mom and meemaw would always tell me to stand up straight. As soon as I put Shoulders Back on, I could tell a difference. It helped relieve some of my pain and it really works. I'm now excited about being a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding, because I will not be so slumped over! I would recommend wearing something under it, but this is a great product."

"I just had back surgery and am wearing a brace which helps my spine and keeps my posture straight, but I needed something to help hold my shoulders back, because I'm so tense and my shoulders alway hunch forward. I really like this shoulders back vest, because its lightweight, you can wear it with any bra you want and it does keep my shoulders back. I make the straps very tight and I do wear it over a tight t-shirt, because it does rub underneath your arms if you dont wear anything under it. I'm so happy I found this and took a chance on ordering it. It really does work! The reason I rated it 4 stars was because of the rubbing underneath your arm (if you DONT wear a shirt). And that can be solved-just wear something tight under it."
