"A great gift or gift to yourself if you are a person who has trouble entering the sleep cycle. Our practice focuses on people who have problems with sleep and sleep is crucial to everything in life - your health, anti-aging, everything. Even one night's lost sleep can cause problems.
This lamp uses therapeutic color to initiate great sleep. We have recommended it to a number of our clients with this problem and they have come back with "glowing" postive reviews. We purchased one ourselves as well. We love using it, and it really supports our other products for sleep. Excellent choice if you are a person who has problem trying to fall asleep at night."
