pain relief at its best

"I have severe fibromyalgia and muscle stiffness that sometimes causes migraines. I have used these balls for arm, shoulder, hip, neck, head and chest (muscle-related) pain for many months and they never fail me. The small ball doesn't do much for me, I mainly use the large ball. They take 10 minutes to heat up in a pain with boiling water, which is a hassle- but they maintain the heat for quite a while. I rarely heat them up though. I roll the back of my head and neck on the big ball while I lay on the floor. Sometimes I turn over and roll my head (using the weight of my head) on the big ball in the migraine pain area and it really soothes and eases the pain. It will loosen any stiff muscle if you relax long enough and give it a chance to penetrate the knot. They have a great instructional book and DVD to show you all the ways you can use it. I don't know what I'd do without this ball!"
