"This massager is kinda silly looking but it works magnificently. I have tennis elbow and have tried to rub the muscles myself when they really gets cramped up, and that does nothing. This device is able to get both sides of my elbow at once in all the nooks and crannies. Amazing."

"Over the past couple years Ive been having problems with my arms and hands from all the time that I spend at the computer. During the days I work as a CAD drafter and as soon as I get home I work the rest of the night doing Graphic/Web design, sometimes it totals 16 hours a day!! Physical therapy left me a bit sore and didn't work with my schedule at all, my insurance covered most of it (as it wasn't totally a work related injury). But with the $10 copay, the driving time, waiting in the lobby, then the pain of a massage, its not worth it to me. When I found this product I was skeptical at first because it seems so simple, but it works! Im able to run my arms through this whenever Im sore or have a few minutes, its always on my desk and is so easy to use. I use this on both sides of both of my arms, sometimes I need added pressure (so you twist the top red knob) but other times a low pressure is fine. It is a bit noisy because you hear the springs go up and down as you move your arm (which is totally understandable) but its nothing compared to the relief you get from it! With my 20% coupon after signing up for Gaiam Newsletters it worked out at a great price! Best purchase I could have made, it adds hours to my work day and makes it all more enjoyable! I worried about Carpal Tunnel being only 27 but I feel very confident in my future with this product!!"
