Relaxing

"I have only had the opportunity to use it a couple of times, but found it did the job perfectly. I heated it in the microwave for almost 4 minutes and it was not too hot. I placed it on my sore shoulder and breathed in the aromas...before I knew it, I had fallen asleep. It was THAT relaxing and soothing. Right now I am storing it in the plastic bag it came in, but plan on using a large Ziploc bag to store it in. I recommend this product to anyone with neck and shoulder aches and pains."

"Excellent idea if you need release from shoulder/neck discomfort as I do. Worked for me either hot or cold. Just be careful not to overheat in microwave. Use mine while knitting; store in pillowcase after heating. Directions leaflet could be a bit more detailed."
