"My favorite kind of technology is the kind that can get the job done with as little fuss and as few resources as possible. This natural peanut butter mixer stirs the oil into the peanut butter quickly and easily. I use it the first time I open a new jar and it tends to stay mixed until it's all gone after that.
I used to pour out the oil, but that would leave the bottom half of the peanut butter all dry and difficult to spread. And trying to stir peanut butter with a spoon or knife isn't fun - unless you're goal is to get a good forearm workout.
