"I bought this several months ago, and followed the instructions. I have used it pretty much on every part of my body, but especially face and hands. It seems to smooth out my skin. After 2 weeks, it looked like I was wearing makeup foundation even when I wasn't, so it does help the texture of my face. When I have had some muscle aches and pains, I have used it there, such as on the back or shoulder. It helps the pain nearly immediately. The skin-smoothing effect seems to be a more gradual thing, but the muscle-pain thing seems to be very quick. I think it is a good product to have on hand. As a note to the manufacturer, that stand needs to have a design improvement so the arms snap into the bottom better. It is wobbly and is not sturdy."
