"I bought this robe for my mother-in-law as a birthday present. I don't think she was completely sold on it at first but within a week she called me to tell me how comfortable it is and how much she liked it. "I like the robe and I think the fit is appropriate. (funny how one reviewer found it way too small and another way too big). I am dissapointed by the "french blue" color which looks cheery in the swatch on the website, but in reality it is a very drab grey color. I am returning it for this reason."

"Couldn't be more disappointed. The quality is unbelievably poor-shame on Gaiam for even selling this. I ordered a M/L and it is entirely too large and arms are many inches too long. Collar doesn't lay down and isn't sewn to indicate that it ever will. Strings hang off all over the material. I was so excited to get it and am sending it back. All I'm left with is a huge mess because where I tried it on there are little cotton bits of fuzz and strings all over the floor that need to be vacuumed. Imagine if I washed it, it would fall apart."

"I LOVE this robe! I received it as a gift about a month ago and wear it every morning when I get ready for work. The size is just right, and it is so soft. What makes this robe even better is that it's made of Organic Cotton. I plan purchasing another color for fall and one for my mother for Christmas. "I found the terry robe to be inferior in quality. The openings of the pockets were barely large enough to allow a hand to enter. While I ordered a X/XL , it barely fit around me. Years ago, I ordered a terry robe and it was wonderful----in fact I still have it, but it has 'seen it's better days'."
