Works well but it's all clumped up.

"I like this dishwashing detergent, it has a very pleasant smell which has been a problem for me with the other natural dishwashing detergents (they smell like hospital rooms, no matter what the fragrance states). This one just smells clean.
The only problem is that the whole box is clumped up. I mean big, hard clumps that won't break up by hitting the box on the counter. So, you can't pour it out of the spout. You have to dump all the detergent out into a freezer bag and break it up. This turned out not to be so bad because then I just put a coffee scoop inside the bag and now it's easy to dispense. I hope the bag will last a long time and I don't have to use too many as that would sort of counteract the effect of using a sustainable detergent in the first place.
Maybe they'll fix this problem in the future but I've read other reviews on Amazon and I don't seem to be the only one with this problem."
