Get composting! Date: May 24, 2009
"Our family made the committment to compost as our New Year's resolution and this product has made it easier to keep this promise. It looks nice in our side yard and it is easy to churn the household materials. We would recommend it."

"I'm excited to have started composting again. It's been a few years. They product is very easy to use & a snap to rotate. Only negative point I've seen so far is that the sliding door doesn't stay closed on it's own. I haven't gotten any compost out yet, but I'm sure it'll be ready by spring."

I like this composter! Date: October 21, 2009
"What an easy way to recycle. Its a good feeling that things you used to throw out actually have a second life after you are done with them. You can throw hair and laundry lint in it along with the usual fruits ,vegies (which compost more quickly if cut up), egg shells and coffee grounds, yard scraps and even paper!. The composter comes with directions and suggestions which are helpful in preventing "smelly" compost. You do have to add the right combination of "green" and "brown" items to make a healthy compost material -so there is an art to it -which you easily learn by experimenting. I have my composter right outside my garage in a ground level planter to catch any drips of "compost tea" -which you must keep in mind when choosing a location for this darling. As time goes on the drum does get heavy to turn and becomes quite a work out. I love to position myself so I get maximum physical benefits for arms, legs and belly. However, I recently injured my thumb so now rely on my husband to do the turning. He complains it is heavy. It seems like it takes a long time to get usable compost and I have to reach way in to the back of the outtake to get it. However, I retrieve yummy organic smelling fertilizer for my plants so I am happy! Overall I like this composter and find it much more convenient than to go into my back yard to bury it each day. I am a 56 year old female."

Convenient Composter Date: May 21, 2009
"Although I haven't used it much yet, this composter is very convenient as we can just continuously throw our food into it. We don't have time to worry about perfecting the process. The rolling component is great for moving it around and its cylindrical shape makes it easy to turn. I am not sure if it was worth the price but the agent I spoke with said it gets great reviews so I went for it. I was very very happy with the customer service too!"
