"The crystal is very pretty, however, we discovered that sun shining in the window at an angle was not sufficient light for it to work. I will have to wait until late spring/summer before the sun will come straight into that window for it to work.
When we took it outside and aimed it directly at the sun, then it started to move. I do wish it would be a little less sensitive to sunlight that is at an angle. I think it would be good for the product description to include that information about straight on direct sunlight as we did put it in 'a sunny window' and it still would not work.
For the few moments at this time of year that the sun comes in at an angle, it shines thru the crystals even tho it is not moving and casts many tiny specs of color on the wall. The cat loved it!
I'm sure it will be pretty later in the year."
