"I have purchased four of these, three of the windchimes and one of the dual-crystal spinners and out of four only one works.
I received one broken one but was unable to return it since I enthusiastically threw the box away before testing it, another one was received with the crystal untied so I replaced the string and it never worked, another one failed to work after the suction came apart from the housing and the one that works only works when the sun hits it at a certain angle. I love the idea and when they work, they are awesome, however for the amount of money I spent, it just isn't worth it."
