EXCELLENT WORKOUT

"This DVD is absolutlely what was ordered by my doctor to get my balance in good order. As I live in a mobile home park, several friends here have the same problem.....WOW, they all want to work out withy me, sooooooo, to the clubhouse and we all do the movements together. We are learning as we go and so enthusiastic about it.
It is however, very difficult to follow on some of the TaiChi movements. Some of the examples he shows, do not show his full body so we aren't sure what he is doing and how he is doing it. But we are learning.
I'm looking at maybe ordering another DVD, "for us old folks" to give us a variety and hopefully we will get our balance/vertigo back in line.
