Not the best Qi Gong DVD Date: August 4, 2008
"This DVD is way too detailed and complicated for beginners. If this had been my first introdution to Qi Gong, it would have ended my interest in and my practice of Qi Gong. If you like overly detailed and complicated instructions with little practice time, then this DVD is for you. Otherwise, get something better."
