"After so long searching for a good lower body workout I have found it. The exercises are challenging enough to help improve my condition, yet not impossible to make. Most of the lower body exercises concentrate on the same exercises, but this DVD has a lot of variety for the starter and for those who have workout a little longer."

"I like the different routines. I have never had a good Balance ball workout, but I like this one. The pilates was good, as good as any. The yoga, is challenging for me because I have just begun to practice Vinyasa and Ashtanga, so I was familiar with the routine."
