"I have 4 kids and they all love it. Even my 8 year old is finding it wonderful to use when frustrated and needing clarity. The instructor is wonderful making this fun and easy to learn. A must have!"

love this DVD Date: July 24, 2009
"So Cute! Little Yogis can pretend they are animals or objects like balloons and yo-yo's all while being introduced to yoga. My 3 year old boy runs for his yoga mat when I put in this DVD. Of course he wants me to practice yoga too along with the video. Each pose is a variation of a traditional yoga pose so this video is a great way to get kids doing poses which will aid the transition to a more traditional yoga practice."
