"My children LOVE this DVD. They are a 6.5 year old boy and a 2 year old girl and we watch this almost nightly. They have a lot of fun and yet relax at the same time. My husband and I do all the poses right along with them (and help them get into the poses they have a hard time with). I highly recommend this to any family!"

"This video, Yago Kids, Silly to Calm is an awesomeintroduction to Yago for children of all ages. While the box says ages 3-6, even my 8 year old still actively wacthes (meaning he gladlyparticipates) with every move including the calming down time. It is expertly created and actively engages children to find alternative expression with their energies!"

"My 3 year old son loves this DVD. We do it together as our afternoon activity. Some of the poses are hard for 3 year old, but just watching it is also fun!"

"We have had it a couple months now and my kids ask to watch it all the time! They refer to it when they are not watching it too, they say "in our class we do dragon breaths." They will even correct my husbands yoga saying "no dad, you're suppose to look the other way when your leg is stretched out like this." They love to practice the balancing poses with the video or without. Marcia is very positive and the kids feel like they are friends with the children."

"My daughter is two and loves this video. She ask to watch it daily and we do it together. When she starts to get too excited and needs to mellow out we 'practice' the calming breathing and she mellows out in minutes. I rented this first and now have to buy it because it is so good!"
