"I'm really enjoying the Abs Yoga for Beginners DVD. It was a good introduction to yoga for me. It had all the basic information and it was explained clearly and thoroughly so I could understand how to do it on my own. I also like how it was stretching my body and relaxing me at the same time."

"I have severe stomach problems. Doing this DVD calms down my GERD and reflux better than Pepcid and Nexium combined & ameliorates nausea from delayed gastric emptying that I also have despite making dietary modifications. More challenging than I thought it would be. I lost it when I moved, and I can't stand not using it anymore, so I am buying it again."
