"As compared to the Power Yoga, this one is very simple, very easy to use. I say this not because of the level of poses, but of the speed. This program is slow paced, and really concentrates on stretching, and as long as you have purchased the yoga for beginners, which anybody starting yoga should get BEFORE ANY OTHER PURCHASE, you will be able to understand how to modify most of the poses to suit your own flexibility limits."

"How long has Patricia Walden been practicing Yoga?!! She is awesome!! However, this is not a beginner workout. It would be very disheartening a beginner to watch this tape and think that they were suppose to be able to achieve even close to what she is able to do in her forward and back bends. The problem is that she does not explain that it will take years for you to achieve that much flexibility(if ever) and many will just give up after watching her vidieo. This needs to be rated at least intermediate. not beginner."
