"Its a must buy-and-try for fitness freaks and mediation freaks alike.

For the fitness, it contains a balanced 2 stages of rigorous awaken and strengthen cycle. Exercises focus on key parts of our body - like the lower back or abdominal muscles which seem to be the base of whole body. Quite surprisingly, doing the first two stages helped me realize my level of stamina. I bike everyday and have an active lifestyle. But still, after almost a month or so, I struggle to make it through the first two stages. The idea is to challenge that limit, get over it, and ride along. This is so true for life too, we face insurmountable problems, build our strength and get over them.

The meditation at last, brings a different touch. I never realized that meditation at the end of vigorous exercise can be so pleasant. I specially like the part where it asks to let go of life. We so injustifiably cling to life that wont last anyways, and in doing so lose focus of what is.

Overall, a great product. Definitely worth that 10-20 bucks we would otherwise spend in some useless activity."

"Very differnent from most other Yoga styles I have tried, very refreshing. The difficulty level can be varied, since the workout progresses at a self guided level of speed. Putting it all together is however quite challenging, focusing your look at your third eye chakra while going through the poses, the breath of fire... Find it easier to get into a pose and hold it, than moving vigourously through a specific move for 2 minutes, this DVD has proven a great challenge and workout! The only drawback would have to be that there isn't any chaptering on the dvd."

"I really love this DVD. It's a great Kundalini exercise.
It's so different from some of the other yogas. I find I am interested every day in doing it. It can be strenuous at times but I just do what I can. I will get stronger as I do it.
I like the teacher too, she is lighthearted but strong."

"I never did this kind of yoga before. Made me sweat pretty good. I felt very energized after the workout. It is a little difficult at first learning the breathing technique, but it gets easier."
