"Hard to believe that simple movements could have such amazing & beneficial effects. I would recommend it to anyone as it can scale to each person's ability. Great DVD!"

excellent dvd - heal yourself!!! Date: September 30, 2009
"I love this DVD. I'm a healer/bodyworker, and am always looking for ways for my clients to empower themselves and move beyond what our sessions facilitate. Qigong is remarkable work - in all its various forms. In particular I loved the way this DVD offers so much information (and the breath is actually clearly explained), and I love that this style of Qigong is easy enough that even my most physically challenged clients can do most of the work and begin to cultivate their own ability to heal self. I'm buying copies for all my clients as gifts...and the half dozen people with whom I've done this DVD LOVE it! Additionally, I've realized that this is the work I need to do to keep my body healthy and my well as a healer full - which has been a wonderful and profound awakening."

"Parts of this dvd are really well done, with clear instruction and video following, while others move too quickly, don't explain where to breathe with movement, and the verbal instruction is not followed by the cameras lens. Hand movements can be important during certain series of movements, and the camera zooms in to the chest or face, missing hands completely. I found that frustrating. Thankfully, I rented the dvd before committing to the purchase - will I buy it? no."
