FEATURED REVIEW
Worth it.
Date: October 20, 2009
"My daughter got this when she was 2.75 yrs. old, and loved it. It is a nice introduction for the very young to concepts of Yoga, including postures reflecting animals in nature, "namaste", and the use of imagination (mind) and breath. There is enough movement, song and play to keep her interested and having fun."

Good intro to poses for the very young
Date: October 28, 2009
"I have a 2 and 4 year old, and they both love this. It's more focused on the very young and a good intro to poses, but is just one pose at a time with clips in between- not a continuous yoga session which was a bit disappointing. However, my kids love doing the poses, and practice them all the time and can completely zone out on the video."

Not what I hoped
Date: October 16, 2009
"I bought is for my 5 year old son after taking him to a few storybook yoga classes which he really liked. He really enjoys doing yoga. The DVD wasn't necessarily bad. When he was 3 he would have loved it. The video is an introduction to several different poses with video clips of animals and kids doing poses. But it's not like a yoga session where the kids do a string of poses together. They show you a pose, than have a music video related to the pose and song that lasts awhile before moving onto another pose. He got board with it very quickly. He really likes the more fluid sessions without all the break up. For a young child around 3 or 4 who has never had a yoga class and is just getting introduced this would be a wonderful way to introduce them. For a 5 year old who doesn't sit sit and likes to move the video is a bit slow. Overall it's not a bad video, just wasn't a good fit for my son."
