"Seane's Vinyasa Flow DVD takes one through her instruction as if she is right there in the room with you. Her class is slightly more difficult than beginner, but if you keep at it, you will find that even as a beginner, you can keep up and end up feeling exhilarated from the challenge. The second DVD incorporates breath and touches the true sense of yoga. I use this DVD when I am feeling energized and ready for yoga at an honest and intimate level.
